The shock of the results of the Greek parliamentary elections on May 21, 2023 is profound. The ruling conservative New Democracy is expected to win an absolute majority of parliamentary seats in the second election on June 25, 2023 due to the changed electoral system they imposed.
The course of the conservative party will lead to a further “Οrbanization” of the country and the authoritarian development of Greece.
